The location was ideal. It was right next to a metro station, convenient.

the card reader for the electricity was a nightmare. it kept switching off every minute (even after i complained). the sauna wasn't hot, not the cozy experience i expect at this price point. it was just a real disappointment.

the room i booked (it was a double room pool view) didn't quite match the pictures online. the shower door didn't close properly and caused a flood in the bathroom each time i used it. the location wasn't the most convenient for reaching the city's attractions on foot. i also found a bad-mannered employee at breakfast who was super rude, leaving a very bad impression (the manager was very helpful, apologetic and provided a bonus to compensate).

the staff was really helpful and kind. my room included a nespresso machine and complimentary water. the bed was very comfortable and i slept well .

the lighting controls in the room were a little confusing at first.

this hotel is situated near a metro station. access to city attractions is easy. yellow tour bus stops are located nearby. it's very convenient.

the staff provided excellent service. they were very attentive and ready to help. i was given an upgrade during my birthday and received a cake and champagne, which i thought was AMAZING!!!

the breakfast had various options. i loved the fresh pastries (especially the croissants). the hotel is close to a metro station making it easy to get around. spa facilities were super clean.

not all sun loungers get very good sun exposure during the day at the pool.
